Kitchen Refurbishment • El Rosario, Marbella

They wanted an open plan living area and a kitchen with a wow factor and casual eating area for the family of four. Small windows and doors were replaced for better light and also connectivity with the enclosed terrace, which was also refurbished. Our brief was to create an open plan lounge and kitchen area which also connected with the exterior enclosed patio. To achieve the end result we removed all internal walls and added new patio doors which slid in behind the wall. [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Kitchen Design & Installation The living area of this townhouse included a small enclosed kitchen with little light in the main living area or kitchen. Our brief was to create an open plan lounge and dining area which also connected with the exterior enclosed patio. To achieve the end result we removed all internal walls and sliced thought the staircase wall for a better visual connection. New patio doors were installed. Just because they are not featured doesn’t mean we have given them any less love and attention! The first kitchen you see is a makeover and just goes to show what can be achieved with small changes. We removed the false beams and smooth plastered the walls and ceilings. White glass splashbacks, a new extractor, sink and tap were added. The crowning glory is the new lacquered doors which complement the existing granite worktop and despite the dark colour just seem to lift the whole kitchen. One of our favourites! Without removing walls the only way to achieve this was to knock through an opening to the dining area. New windows and doors open onto the terrace.
