A small traditional villa that needs renovating and a completely new floor plan layout and extension to maximise its potential as a retirement investment. It was also quickly apparent that there were issues with sewage and drainage which needed addressing with new installations. A two phase project starting with the current villa renovation to be followed by an extension.
