In structurally sound condition this villa needed a cosmetic makeover and some additions to improve its façade and usability. The owner also wanted more privacy and a double garage built. We converted the existing single garage into a guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The new roof top terrace on the garage now connects with the master bedroom terrace giving the owners almost 360⁰ views.
