Design & Quotation
For any projects that do not alter the basic footprint of your building and are considered refurbishment projects, processes are significantly simplified in comparison to a new build or property extension. Such projects generally require lesser levels of technical services and therefore follow a much simpler bureaucratic framework. Blueray’s pre-design approach remains unaltered.
Following consultation and a site visit, we will present our proposal to you in the form of detailed floor plans, sketches and 3D visualisation if required. Upon agreement of the scope of work and specification we will provide a detailed quotation and schedule indicating timeframes for each stage.
Contracts and Licenses
Once you are happy that everything has been covered and decide to proceed we will issue a comprehensive contract and procure the building license necessary to authorise the project.
The type of license will depend on the work required and can take as little as 2-4 weeks to process, depending on which is your local authority If you are extending your property the license procedure will be longer.
Blueray undertakes all projects, large or small, with equal attention to detail and service levels.
