External work included the addition of a new double garage with roof terrace, pool changing/shower room, wrap around balcony to all bedrooms, garden landscaping including new terrace areas and planters, external wood store and new driveway and entrance. The original garage has been converted into a self contained guest apartment with ensuite bathroom, kitchen and lounge/diner. An additional bedroom was created in the roof space with ensuite bathroom and balcony providing four bedrooms in the main villa. The kitchen has been extended to incorporate a dining area opening out to the lounge and a new breakfast terrace. Blueray designed and fitted a state of the art black lacquer kitchen with Silstone worktops and all new appliances. The house was totally rewired, mostly re-plumbed and new windows and doors were fitted throughout. New porcelain flooring was laid and three new bathrooms have been installed installed.![]()
