The original brief from our clients was very detailed. Although the build size is large this will very much be a family home but with an additional focus on lavish entertaining. An inside-outside feel incorporating extensive use of glass and wood were key requirements of the brief for a modern villa with Asian architectural influences. On entering the villa two glass encased patios visible beyond a feature twin staircase and galleried landing will create a commanding statement. Walking between the patios leads to the double height formal lounge with gallery library. Either side of the lounge symmetrical glazed walkways lead to the dining room and TV lounge.

An open plan family room incorporates the kitchen, walk-in larder, utility and a further lounge/dining area which opens onto a covered patio with additional seating and dining areas. The master bathroom is fully glazed at one end for al fresco bathing on the terrace. A lounge area and two dressing rooms complete the Master Suite.
