A modern design, Villa Marbella is a fusion of contemporary and the more traditional style villa design. The clients wanted something a little different to the surrounding Andalucian style villas for their new holiday home.

The two level villa will also incorporate a basement area which will open out onto a private terrace. The kitchen and dining area is open plan stepping down to a sunken lounge. A feature double fireplace provides a degree of separation, defining the areas, adding ambience to both entertainment and relaxation areas. Villa Marbella has three bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, two being on the ground level. The master suite occupies the first floor with a private terrace taking in the Mediterranean and golf views. A three car underground garage is adjacent to the basement with internal access to the villa.
