The owners with two small children who love to entertain wanted a large open plan family area which connected with the entertaining areas. Two guest bedrooms with a shared bathroom needed reconfiguring as one was only accessed via the other! The owner also wanted more privacy and a double garage built. We converted the existing single garage into a guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom. [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Unrecognisable villa transformation Our Norwegian clients asked us to redesign the entire floor layout of their new villa to create another bedroom and create an open plan living area with a luxury kitchen at its heart. The new design meant we had to virtually rebuild the interior of the villa. A 2.7M two sided fireplace divides the area. The concealed cupboards below the black granite hearth houses the Bose entertainment system which connects to the domotic system. A previously unusable courtyard shrouded in shade was incorporated into the main house with a glazed ceiling ensuring plenty of light in the dining area. The clients were specific about the kitchen it must be great for entertaining and have a real wow factor. The black glass wall compliments the specially constructed extractor unit.
