The owners of this apartment required a total refurbishment removing the dated brick arched walls in the living areas and updating everywhere.
As the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is quite small and North facing, an open plan living area was planned.
The entrance door, which was never used, was blocked up and the spare bathroom was removed to allow for a bigger kitchen also creating lounge area. The clients wanted the kitchen totally open to the lounge.
A ‘luxury hotel feel’ was the brief for the small bathroom with mood lighting for long soaks in the bath!
